Jennifer St.Clair  //  Jennifer likes to joke that she has been in Real Estate since she was 11 years old and used to “Farm” her Realtor Mother’s neighborhoods and deliver flyers door to door. Raised by an Army Colonel Father, she moved each year in her youth and her family bought and sold a home in each new city. Jennifer has always had an interest in Real Estate and at 18 years old took her first foreclosure seminar and after graduating from college at University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance, settled in Atlanta. Jennifer purchased her first home at 25 and her second at 32, and a beach front investment property shortly thereafter.

During her 20 years in Atlanta she owned a home inspection and appraisal company. Jennifer’s experience also includes a junior level sales position with Dow Jones Company, a successful business with “start-ups”, and an executive negotiating software contracts with CFO’s and CEO”s of Fortune 500 Companies. In 2004 Jennifer switched careers to the Mortgage Industry as a whole sale account executive and hard money lender.

All this experience is what makes Jennifer the successful Realtor she is today.

Jennifer has personal experience buying foreclosed homes at auction, fixing, and re-selling them for a profit. Jennifer and her team specialize in representing investor clients, first time buyers, move up sellers, and in today’s market… helping distressed homeowners find solutions to their financial challenges through loan modifications or foreclosure avoidance.
